We have a no quibble 14 day returns policy (except for those marked as exceptions).
If you decide that the products you have bought from Round Shop, for whatever reason is not suitable, we are happy to refund.
We offer this no quibble returns policy so long as the product you purchased from Round Shop is returned within 14 days of the original purchase in perfect condition in their original packaging.

Sale items (offer) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Return delivery costs are your responsibility.
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Round Shop is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is well packaged to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse, so that the product arrives at our warehouse in a perfect condition.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund/exchange, unless faulty:
Perishable goods, such as food and flowers
Incomplete set of products
Cosmetics/fragrance, once the original packaging has been opened
Underwear, hosiery or swimwear without hygiene strips
Items that have been personalized for you, such as gifts or stationery
Made to measure products such as furniture and fabric cut by length
All sale (offer) items
Faulty or damaged products
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of product value. You have to provide us a photos of faulty or damaged products.
Items will be refunded or exchanged provided that it's in reasonable condition and in its original packaging. Replacement items can only be provided subject to availability.
If customers fail to notify us of damaged or faulty goods within 7 working days from date of delivery, it will be at our discretion to refund for the same product value.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your faulty or damage purchase, and we will get back to you with the return procedures.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and returned back to us within 7 days from time of delivery. In the case of a product being faulty, we shall pay for any return delivery charges.
You may cancel an order at any time before it's been processed for delivery. To cancel your order after it's been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns procedure as stated above.
All exchanges are based on stock availability.

Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
The time it takes for a refund to reach your account depends on your card issuer. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
